I have been seeing Hailey since the day this salon opened its doors 6 years ago. I came in 9 months pregnant and upset over a restaurant order. Went back to Sterling hair & asked for same cut and highlights. Did not get highlights but all over color and not same blonde I had but brownish color i could have done at home. Didnt get same cut, was cut way shorter in couple areas for some reason. It was like the hairstylist forgot who i was and what i said and what they did the last time.
