Sterling Grove is a beautiful property, Toll Brothers over the last few years has really dropped the ball with this community, dropping price points on homes and creating different rules for parts of the community owned by Toll Brothers. What we were sold is not what we got, don't listen to what Toll tells you related to future plans of the community as most of it's a neat story that will never come to fruition. Trying to help people from making a mistake buying into an expensive community with nothing but broken promises.
