I recently attended a wedding at Sterling Grove as a member of the bridal party, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service—particularly from a staff member named Fred. From the beginning, his demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. Beautiful planned community. The sport courts are awesome! They have tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball court. Gorgeous use of the property. Luckily I play with friends that live in the community…
This community is for the fake rich and entitled, there are NO estates, even though articles written state as such. The yards are tiny, and houses pretty much stacked on top of each other. There are dozens of better communities for the price.
