I would not recommend this place what so ever the maintenance people is sorry and the people in the office or worser. For someone who pays rent on time ever Month they never fix anything you have to threaten them with corporate for them to come and fix half the problem then the house it self is just poor trash these houses are old and ran down and need to be remodeled I will be so glad when my lease is up cause I will not be staying here anymore it's a waste of time please don't waste your time moving here you will be disapp... read more
Angela ma'am is such a blessing for my entire family. She is very sweet n polite. She did all the paperwork fast n quick n I'm really too grateful to her. May God bless her always. Sterling Green Village is best place to stay.
I’m not giving this place a good rating. The service there is no good! The receptionist is rude and always has a sign on the door that says they are closed for maintenance. We scheduled a tour 4 different times to look at a place and each time we did there was always an excuse why we could not see it. The final time we had scheduled a tour my fiancé went alone and saw the same sign on the door that said closed for maintenance and he still walked in anyways the receptionist said she could not do the tour because they were sho... read more
