I can barely back out of my driveway because of vehicles parked on the side of the street. Down vehicles are in driveways. Kids are playing football and basketball in street. What is the park for? Once more I ask, what are we paying deed restrictions for? Our neighborhood value is going down because of the condition of the community. That's because the HOA is doing their job.
