Smith Douglas property really sucks. We as senior citizens purchase a home at Sterling glen in Pinson alabama we have found several things wrong with the home. We hav reported the issues to management and have not received a response They were very attentive when we were purchasing the property. But now we can’t get anyone to come and make the necessary repairs Please do not purchase homes from them. Buyers be aware.
