Nicest people, great experience through and through. Quick and easy
Probably the best customer service I have ever received! Gail at the front desk is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We put our jeep in to have some chips repaired on the windshield and as it was ‘preventative maintenance’ Gail got ICBC to cover the costs. They also cleaned all of our windows and vacuumed the car for us. We walked out with a clean car, repaired windshield and didn’t have to pay a cent, unheard of!
Gail and Justin were efficient, transparent and incredibly accommodating. They did an excellent job on the work, and walked me through what they did so I had an understanding of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass.
I have an appointment booked for tomorrow to have the windshield on my car replaced, Gail who took my phone call and got me booked in has given me the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced. She is so kind and thorough. After reading the other reviews on here I am looking forward to getting my windshield replaced here tomorrow!
