The gentlemen who were here were efficient and professional. They explained the basic nuts and bolts for my opener and explained it in a way that this 62 year old could understand. I have used Sterling in the past for other issues and will continue to do so. Thanks!!
I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service from Sterling. My garage door failed on one of the coldest days of the winter. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon and they scheduled me for a service call the next day. The service technicians arrived and determined the problem quickly. They made the necessary repairs quickly and had the door working better than ever. They are on my "A" list now.
