I am grateful for Jalil's excellent service. It was 2:15 pm on Oct 11, on my way from Nova Scotia to BC, when my Ford Explorer's rear brake had failed seriously. I drove to Sterling Ford in Ottawa for help. There were only 45 minutes till their close, and it was a long weekend as Monday is Thanksgiving Day. After receiving a very troubling Message on my Ford Pass late in the evening while I was visiting Ottawa I was welcomed by Destiny and reassured quickly by Jalil Bizan. With the help of a technician the issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved by Jalil. Many thanks to all involved. My Thanksgiving weekend and travel has been saved. Deep appreciation to them all.
Busy bodies just walking around aimlessly. They bit more than they can chew. Should’ve stayed a smaller dealership if they can’t handle how much work handling a dealership requires. Their attitude towards customers are nil when they got what they need from you. All staff look like they’re attending a funeral
