Sterling Fence is NIGHTMARE! My neighbor contracted with Sterling Fence to replace our shared fence which has just become a nightmare! To start with they were supposed to come July 25th to replace the fence, all of the neighbors impacted by this with dogs and children prepared for that time. I personally have a dog, children and a pool and it is required when you have a pool that you have a fence. My neighbor who hired them paid half the money up front two months ago. GILES is a crook. WORST company i have ever done business with. Like similar reviews i just saw Giles at sterling fence came out and quoted the work and said he was a couple of weeks out and then could start our job. I specifically asked if once he started the job would he stay and finish it or does he bounce between jobs. He said he stays with the job he is on until finished he said total install would be 2-3 weeks depending on weather. well that was all BS. Yeah, just don't use these guys. No integrity. They were contracted by the city to replace my neighbor's fence. During the removal of the old fence, they damaged my property and said they would fix it. Had several interactions since then and still no fix or reimbursement. That was over a year ago
