I moved in here 2024 i saw other reviews saying that the place was infested with rats but i didnt believe it could happen to me because i made sure that i keep my place up! LIES it wasnt just one rat that came in but his whole family i have pictures to prove it! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I am not going to bother listing everything. They don't care about people staff LIE. All I can say is don't buy or rent here There are many other places that actually care about their tenants

Office staff is unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful! There is houses that have graffiti all over them and look terrible in the community and yet they go around and bother people about the garbage man not picking up garbage that was put by the curb. And when you try to talk to them no one will reply! Absolute disgusting service. Worst people I ever dealt with as far as customer service or anything of that sort. This place is not a very bad place to live but the office staff and management are completely useless multiple multiple times have I called up there I tried to reach the manager for over 2 months regarding some issues that I had. And anytime you mention anything to the office as far as a question and or complaint or if you fall behind on any kind of rent due to any situation even for a few days they harass you. Office staff does absolutely nothing about any issues you have whatsoever. But want to stick notices on your door if you're behind rent or if you have a broken blind in your window. But but they don't fix the streets if you call them about an issue they completely deny they do it..
