This place just got another yearly rent increase , so if they think their services are worth more money, I'd like to list the services the park dose not deliver that used to have for a lot lesser. We used to have a community pool with a life guard on duty. There used to be security at the gate to let people in or not and patrolling security with a working and FUNCTIONAL gate system. My car got towed in front of my home a month ago they tell me there’s no parking on the street yet there’s cars parked all up and down the street everyday of the week I have like 100’s of pictures and videos to prove it . The day of the towing we were asking the tow driver if we can get my daughters insulin out the car he said yes go get the keys by the time my daughter went and got the keys the car was hooked up and they were putting it on the flat bed . I lived in this park from 1990-1998, we loved it, lot rent was under 600 a month. Currently I was looking for a place for someone in that area, when I lived there i paid 14k for a 1966 mobile home, I see new ones there for 19k, seems like a great deal. The lot rent at 1300+ is an issue for the person, although it's doubled in 30 years, it's really not that high.
My son just purchased a home there...he says everyone was pleasant and helpful. The process with paperwork was a tad frustrating.. However...the end result was his new home. Are there laundry facilities? We won't have new dryer and washer till next month. Just wondering.
Thank you to Christina in the office. She was a lot of help. Made the process very easy now we are enjoying our new home.
