very decent place While I moved out of the park because I bought a house, I really enjoyed living here. The park is nice, with decent roads and lots of parking. The staff was always friendly, and sometimes even threw little parties for residents. Good environment.
straightforward place Nice park, clean clubhouse facilities. Staff is friendly, but not in your face.
Wifi and a gym is great Kinda cool that the clubhouse has wifi and a gym. Didn't have that before. The localtion is good too. Everything is pretty close if you need to shop or just get out of the house for the day.
good location My sister had a terrible allergy attack while I was babysitting and I was so relieved that the Troy Beaumont hospital was so close. The location of Sterling Estates is useful too for finding things to do. The mall is really close and there's a theater that always has new movies. Plus being able to stay with my parents makes going to MCC easier, money-wise. Free babysitting in exchange for rent? Sure, any time!
pleased overall When I first looked at the clubhouse and surrounding area, I liked the older feel of the architecture. It helps the notion that it's a neighborhood and not just a trailer park. The grounds are very well tended with different types of flora all year round. The staff is nice as well. I had a sewage smell coming from my sink and they came out and fixed the problem just about at quitting time.
Cozy :) Looking at the place, you can already tell it's a nicer park. The streets are kept clean, the homes well tended, and the clubhouse is fabulous. Love that there's a kitchen in the clubhouse and that the pool is heated!!
Like living in a castle I love living here. My place is close to the pool (nice in the summer), and I love the castle-esque feel of the Clubhouse. There's even a fireplace and a kitchen in there. It's great for hosting parties. Maintenance is really nice when they have to come out, and the people in the office are always real friendly. Great house, fair pricing I bought my house because the rent is cheaper than an apartment, and I have the benefit of my own space. I am very pleased with the neighbors and find that the area is great for my 2yo. The house had minor problems within the first 30 days of purchase, which were fixed very quickly-Tony was very polite and went the extra step to make me a happy owner. Poor Quality The area surrounding this community is pleasant but the conditions inside are not. Wouldn't recommend the area for its high prices or for children. Usually very loud and busy streets and rarley clean.
