Stopped into the office to see what houses they had for sale as I am thinking about moving after I retire to a more affordable place and city. Mr. DeVore did a great job answering questions.
Overall not a terrible place but I do think it’s unfortunate that the sidewalks of the empty spaces don’t get shoveled and the children are expected to walk to the bus stop on ice. If the lot is empty it should be the responsibility of the park to maintain it since the lot rent is raised every year to “fix” things.
