Sterling Pool service is one of the worst places I have EVER worked with. We needed a new pool liner, because the last pool service I worked with (45 Pool Services) was also a horrible servicer. Upon finding this place We read some reviews, which made the place seem like a safe place to work with. We proceeded to go into the shop to pick out a new pool liner. I have found them to be very dependable. Always good service. I recommend them if you need someone who really knows the business.
Very unreliable. We waited for three days for them to come to install a new pump motor. This was during a heat wave of 95 degrees. No one showed up. No one called. Now we have to call another company and our pool is very dirty and full of algae. We have been customers of this company for quite a few years. Very disorganized. Don't call them.
