SCAM ALERT: They take your money upfront and then do not show up. The excuse is the same as the other 1 star reviews. They reschedule you but still don’t show up and you get the run around. STAY AWAY Update 2/1/2023 : Just wanted this review to stay current to counter all the fake 5 star reviews. No one from Pinnacle ever reached out to me and when I cancelled the "membership" before the 7 day period I was told there are no refunds.
Sterling Electrician provided exceptional customer service when our home experienced a power outage. They arrived quickly, charged a fair price, and worked diligently until the issue was resolved. Their efforts were commendable and earned them a five-star rating from us.
I was very impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. It's a good thing I found them because I needed an electrician in a hurry.
I was very pleased with their service. I called them at night on a Sunday and they were still able to send a technician to my house that day. They were very professional, reasonable, and speedy. I would definitely recommend them to others!
I was very pleased with the installation of my ceiling fan. The installers were quick, quiet and efficient. In addition they gave instructions on the operation and the type of bulbs I would need. So good job!
