Scott’s a crook
It is true that the head builder doesn't care about you once your locked in your home and it's also true that Sterling Hills has beautiful homes. However, what's not true is the homes being built with quality. The homes fall apart on the inside. Mirror fell off in the master bathroom, kitchen cabinets came tumbling down and almost hurt me. Leaks in the crawl space just to name a few. Darryl is also a piece a work. I don't think he knows what he's doing when it comes to lawn care. Stay away from the neighborhood.

We moved into Silverdale's Sterling Hills Estates (in May of 2017) and the homes (built by Scott Delhaute and sold by John L Scott) are nicely designed and fairly well built but what we found after closing and moving in, there are some real quality issues and the builder does no follow-up and does not take care of problems and issues.
