Jeremy has the expertise and experience to help us build a modern house. The quality of the build is extremely high. It's been a couple years since we moved in and so far not a single problem whatsoever. Jeremy is down to earth, responsible, and responsive. I just had an extremely poor experience with Jeremy and Sterling Custom Construction and I hope by sharing I can spare someone else the same. I went under contract in early June on a property on Sycamore Ave. in Castle Hayne that Sterling Construction was working with Leuven LLC (owner of the land, also would NOT recommend doing business with them in any way shape, or form) to build a new home on.
