My house was updated and very cute! Great experience renting from Sterling Creek. I would highly recommend renting with Sterling Creek!
My online portal thing says I owe over 1700 in late fees and I don't understand why! I always pay my rent on time, have proof of receipts and wanna show but the landlord doesnt want to return my calls when it comes to issues about this!
*if I could rate Sterling Creek zero stars I would* I'm sorry, this has been the absolute worst leasing experience. They were fairly decent to deal with until we tried to move out. Came up with fake charges as well as inconsistent ones. There were late fees for someone of the renters but not others. Scraped you for every penny when it comes to the deposit and gave my roommate my pet deposit back. BEWARE. Only giving one star because I have to. The absolutle WORST experience with a rental company that I have had in my life. You will not recieve your deposit back because they charge you for every upgrade in the house after you move out, all the way to the batteries in the smoke alarms. I worked with Andrew and he was very rude and unkind and even hung up on me. These people are professionals at ripping off college students.
