Unreliable, messy even for a remodel, and argumentative. The quality of work was my biggest complaint. I had to correct rooky mistakes and supervise frequently. Julio didn't take adequate notes and claimed the client never asked for those things. Beware of this contractor!
Did not end up using their services- he was rude to my tenants when going out for a bid. Never actually provided a written bid. Waste of my time.
Julio was fantastic, such a great guy and did an amazing job as well!
They really revamped our Kitchen on an affordable budget.
