We got a great quote, very little overage. Project was 1440 sq ft of deck on 4 sides if cabin and a balcony with 3 sets of stairs. Started on time, completed nearly on time, and they went through the punch list in just a couple of hrs. Decks aren't the only thing they do. Highly recommend.
Unreliable, messy even for a remodel, and argumentative. The quality of work was my biggest complaint. I had to correct rooky mistakes and supervise frequently. Julio didn't take adequate notes and claimed the client never asked for those things. Beware of this contractor!
Did not end up using their services- he was rude to my tenants when going out for a bid. Never actually provided a written bid. Waste of my time.
