Building is well maintained and clean. Staff is super nice. But don't live here if you need to recieve your packages promptly. The building has a lot of residents; therefore, the staff doesn't have capacity to sort through all packages each day. It take days to get your packages after they arrive, they lose packages, and you can't pick up 24/7 as they have very ridgid hours of operations for the package room :-(. Other than that it's a beautiful and well maintained place near great restaruants and public transportation.
I lived in this building for three years and for the most part really loved it. The staff is so kind and helpful, the amenities are amazing, and you can’t beat the location! The only downside is that the elevators would stall or break down from time to time due to pipes bursting (occasionally flooding the main hallway/my apartment’s entry). That aside, I always tell people I would’ve been happy to live at The Sterling forever, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to move downtown.
One of the best buildings and communities in River north. Building has tennis/pickeball/pool/bbq/gym. Amazing!
Great views and central location in River North.
