She quickly got her team onsite to take a look and had it repaired quickly. Friendly and professional experience from start to finish. Look forward to working with Sterling again.
Sterling Concepts was did an amazing job on our roof, trim, gutters and downspouts. Their expertise, communication, and responsiveness are unparalleled. Lynnea was involved from the beginning including communications with insurance and preventing hiccups along the way. Even after the job was complete, they were responsive. We had a question involving the bathroom fan vent, and Josh and Jesse came out right away to solve the issue. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Sterling Concepts! I get very anxious around housing issues and contractors, but was very quickly at ease with Linnea and her brother Josh. They are really top of things, contacted me right away and came out the first business day. They were very professional and friendly and outlined all the steps to troubleshoot and correct water intrusion, even though it seems unlikely that I need the services they offer. I'm very appreciative!!
