Terrible customer service! He wouldn't even talk to you or explain anything!! shocking! The tall Asian looking man always gives me a hard time and just kind of sneers or smirks and pushes my dresses back at at me when I ask if they can do a hem. He actually did this with a practically brand new pair of jeans just gesturing with his hands that no they wouldn't do it.. I’ve been with them for more than 15 years.
Horrible customer service. The lady working was very rude and shouldn’t be running a business if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer; this is the first and last time I’ll be using them.
Husband & Wife business. I've bee a customer since 1983 and their attention to my needs is superb. Sewing alterations is great. Blankets, leather, uniforms, they do it all. They are so kind and helpful. Thank you both so much for your dedication to excellence. Richard D. Villanueva Sr.
