I called about a stain that I have on a white 100% cotton shirt. They said that they don’t know, and to bring it to them so they can see. This was on the phone, so this is like very professional. They won’t mind looking at things. They’ll look into it, and go from there. I’ll definitely go as soon as I can. This is the first store that answered my phone call at 8 in the morning.

Terrible customer service! He wouldn't even talk to you or explain anything!! shocking! The tall Asian looking man always gives me a hard time and just kind of sneers or smirks and pushes my dresses back at at me when I ask if they can do a hem. He actually did this with a practically brand new pair of jeans just gesturing with his hands that no they wouldn't do it.. Horrible customer service. The lady working was very rude and shouldn’t be running a business if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer; this is the first and last time I’ll be using them.
