I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 STAR rating if I could! I went in to get a simple doctors note for work and ask for the doctor to look at my back as i most likely pulled a muscle and could hardly walk. receptionist flat out told me I had to pay $200 for a doctors note which oddly enough I got a doctors note there six months ago and it was only $40 for the exact same form so I’m not sure what they’re trying to pull, the receptionist did not even offer for me to just see the doctor to get pain meds, so I would steer clear of th... read more
Nice
I went in for blood work for Sarms. He wouldn’t make eye contact. Had a nasty tone of voice. Didn’t wanna help me. I assumed it was because he doesn’t get paid by these Sarm companies. Pointed that out and he started helping assisting me to get my blood work done. I specifically asked to get my testosterone levels checked. He instead gave me a general pallet blood work test that doesn’t include checking my testosterone levels. I didn’t realize until I had gotten the blood work done. Not worth it. It is a joke of a walk-in 2+ waiting time and your not aloud to stay.
