Probably the nicest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Went out of their way to be helpful, brilliant service and a top quality car delivered to my door. Can't thank them enough or recommend them highly enough.
Once again I can honestly say I’m very happy with my purchase. Great team down there very friendly and always willing to go that extra mile.
Absolutely terrible after-sales service. They have zero respect for their customers — the staff don’t know how to speak properly or handle issues. Mike was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, and the rest of the team were just as cheeky and dismissive. My car broke down only five months after purchase, and what they did afterwards was a nightmare. No support, no responsibility — just excuses. If you have money to waste, then go ahead and buy a car from them. Otherwise, stay far away from Sterling Cars.
Brought my BMW from them and I could not be more happier, it drives lovely, had a problem with it after 2 weeks but the garage sorted it out quickly and now it’s all great. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
