I booked a car with them and wasted nearly two weeks. In the end, they suggested a refund because I was not happy with the work done on the car. The front/back bumper had been repainted, and the colour did not match the bonnet or doors at all (photos attached). I then booked another car, thinking they might improve their service, but instead they increased the price after the booking was made. Very frustrating experience. Please avoid purchasing any car from them.
Dear Sterling Car Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the vehicles I have purchased from your dealership. In 2023, I bought a Toyota Prius from you, and in 2024, I purchased a Honda Accord. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same serious issue with both cars. Despite being parked in a secure workplace parking area, with all doors and windows properly closed, rainwater entered the interior of the vehicles. Not happy with the product. Bought maxda Axela for 15k. The front speaker stopped working after 6 months and the speedometer stopped working after some time as well.
