Kevin Lester is a true salesman; he explained everything perfectly and was very patient and never pushy during our decision-making process. Kevin makes you feel as though you are his only customer, providing all the time and attention needed. If I could give 10 stars I would! We installed hardwood floors throughout our main floor and bedrooms. New runners on our staircases. Customer Service was incredible! The samples were PLENTIFUL and the installation crew was thorough and extremely professional. I cannot recommend a better company and experience, thank you so much!
