Eric is great and goes above and beyond what is asked and no upselling which is a breath of fresh air. Would use sterling every time
Joe did a really great job on our carpet.this cleaning in May was for a downstairs carpet area but he cleaned two spots upstairs, too. Really good work. Our carpet is berber and he said if the stains lift in a couple of weeks to call for another cleaning at no charge. The stains did not lift but I was impressed with the offer.
Love this company so much! I had scheduled online a while back but then later got a message that they were closed for the holiday and wouldn’t be able to come the day I scheduled, but would offer me a 20% discount for the trouble. It’s been over 6 months since that and they still honored the offer for my cleaning today! Joe was so friendly and helpful and did a beautiful job. Sterling is, without a doubt, the best in the area!

I have been using Sterling Carpet Care for a few years and will never go back to the others. Sterling is a small business that really values their customers. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I had Joe come out today and he was fantastic. So knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for years and really knows his stuff.
