Love this company so much! I had scheduled online a while back but then later got a message that they were closed for the holiday and wouldn’t be able to come the day I scheduled, but would offer me a 20% discount for the trouble. It’s been over 6 months since that and they still honored the offer for my cleaning today! Joe was so friendly and helpful and did a beautiful job. Sterling is, without a doubt, the best in the area!
Eric was the technician who took care of our place. He did a great job. He worked hard to clean up the area and made sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend Eric from Sterling
I have been using Sterling Carpet Care for a few years and will never go back to the others. Sterling is a small business that really values their customers. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I had Joe come out today and he was fantastic. So knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for years and really knows his stuff. Eric did a great job cleaning my carpets and was very friendly and professional. Some stubborn coffee stains returned so Joe came back to re-treat and offer potential next steps if the stains reappear. Very reasonably priced and they stand behind their work!
Very disappointed! Mark, the owner, does a great sales pitch over the phone, and the price is very reasonable. But when he came out, the job was terrible! I’ve had our carpets cleaned by other companies over the past twenty years and never had any problems. But Mark told me that, by using Resolve to spot clean my dog’s throw-up stains, there was too much soap residue left in the carpet so he couldn’t clean it properly. He said the foam blocked the hose.
