Sterling Carpet Care did an outstanding job on our carpets. Eric explained the steps in a very detailed and easy to understand manner. Eric had a more difficult job ahead of him that day and arrived early based on mutual agreement. He was very accommodating which I appreciate. If you’re looking for carpet cleaners, I recommend Sterling Carpet Care.

The company offered ease of booking through their online website, which made the process simple and convenient. They arrived as scheduled, were professional, and did an excellent job on all the carpeted areas of our home. We will definitely use this company again.
First time using Sterling Carpet Care and really pleased with the result as well as the experience. Eric was the team member that arrived as scheduled and spent the first few minutes reviewing some of the specific problem areas. He explained what was going to happen as well as level set some of my expectations on prior pet stains. He also did a wonderful job cleaning my couch upholstery. No upsell pressure and he was efficient with his time. Will be using Sterling Carpet in the future.
