Joe cleaned our carpet today and the results were amazing! Carpet looks as good as new and smells fresh and clean! Joe is very professional and personable. I plan on being a repeat customer on a regular basis. So glad I read the reviews and gave them a call!!!
Had a great experience with this company! Eric was very professional and did a great job on a very dirty sectional, carpets and stairs. He even did a hall section that I added to the job for no extra cost! Will definitely use them again!!
Everyone should use Sterling for their carpet cleaning! Eric was very friendly and great with communication. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the carpet looked perfect before he left. I also appreciate that they are up front and honest about their pricing and they don’t look for ways to overcharge you. The wood floors look great the tile was not cleaned behind the doors and the walls were all scuffed. When I reached out they did not return my call or email.
They did an amazing job and open and honest of what was best for our carpet and it is cleanest it has ever been!
