Once again Sterling Cabinets and the Danielson Cabinetry installers (Phil and Jared) they work with -did not disappoint. Len (sterling cabinets) was the kindest most efficient company head to work with. He never forgot about the work that was needed to be done was so respectful, trustworthy and understanding. Sterling made the original custom cabinets in my house several years ago. They are beautiful. Recently, a hinge broke and I couldn't find a replacement. I reached back out to them and they found the exact replacement. They really stand by their work! I absolutely recommend their work and their customer service!
I just had two members of the Sterling cabinets team here and all I can say is they were phenomenal. Respectful, diligent, hard-working and persistent to ensure everything was done properly. I wish every company had the standards of Sterling. Lenny, in the office, reflected the same demeanor. I won’t mention the names of the two great guys because they may not want me to-but they truly were above and beyond. Unwilling to fix horrible cabinets even if I pay ! Absolute junk !!!!
We had two homes built under a builder. They used Sterling Cabinets for both homes. We had no control over that. They are the worst company. Their workmanship is below par at best, you call and they have story after story, their repair man sleeps in his car and never shows up, and the list goes in. The cabinets had bumps on eleven doors and they just painted over them. So the bumps were permanent. There was water damage on few doors and left that way. Wrong size doors with some of the cabinets.
