I have had many times where I had Sterling renovations do carpentry and almost all kinds of home improvement work done and have always have found them kind and have performed excellent service. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Rusty and His company do to any kind of home improvement work and feel confident He and any of his crews will do satisfactory work.
Sterling Builders' recent work for us included painting, installing cove molding, and installing hardwood flooring. As always, Rusty and his workers were professional craftsman, and he always conducts his business with integrity. We have used Sterling Builders on multiple occasions for multiple projects for nearly 20 years, from painting to an attached two-car garage to a large above ground pool deck. All the work has been excellent, and we will use them for work in the future.

Sterling Builders was timely, Under price, and did quality work. Rusty Bonham, the builder came by Monday morning and measured the roof. Had the materials delivered that wendsday, did the roof replacement on Friday and was done by 2: o’clock. He replaced a skylight. And replaced damaged plywood on the roof. Also but in roof venting system which was new. And put drip edge around the whole roof. The yard was left clean and they used a magnat to collect nails. I could’nt ask for more.
We have had several jobs done by Rusty Bonham, Sterling Builders and are pleased. They are friendly and work with you to understand and meet your needs. Great people to work with.
