Had our van body work done here and they left the clips and screws off both front inner fender panels, tire was rubbing on them. Masking tape left on parts of the doors from when it was painted.
Grady and his team were top notch ! We scheduled, morning of appointment he called ahead and checked in, was waiting on me when I arrived. Took my vehicle in and initially what was said to possibly be two or three days ended up being a mater of hours! I was kept up to date constantly. I was so scared going in as a woman. ~2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when told 45 minutes-1 hour because I made an afternoon appointment. Noticed my lug nut cap was missing when pulled around and service writer said he got it back on with no problem. I looked at it and it was on, but something not quite right but I really needed to leave. It fell off the next day and no clue where I lost it.
