With an appointment the oil change and tire rotation takes more than an Hour. And check the tires before you drive away. My hubcaps were installed backwards on two tires. Prices are high for simple oil change.

Back in 2017-2019 I had great service, but something has changed since then. Sterling has given us nothing but problems with our brand new 2025 Cadillac Optiq EV. They do not follow corporate standards at all. They do not honor warranties. The sales man was very nice while in the dealership looking, but the manager is a horrible and miserable person. I had a great experience with the service department, especially working with Josh. He kept me updated, called to check in, and made sure I was okay with them keeping my vehicle overnight.
