Don't try any other dealership except Sterling BMW. They are the highest rated BMW center in OC for a reason! I've never had a better car buying experience. I thought I was going to spend hours there, but their salesmen were so helpful and didn't pressure me into anything - it was great customer service. Don't waste your time at other dealerships. Sterling BMW has one of the largest selections of BMWs I've seen and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped find the perfect BMW for me at the right price. I highly recommend them.
I will be a returning customer! Go to Sterling, they're awesome. My time spent there was well spent and I love my BMW. They have a large inventory of BMWs to choose from so I found the right one after some research. After I bought my BMW my sales guy checked on me to see if I needed anything else. Going to go back to them and will tell my friends and family.
I went to Sterling to purchase a new car, with such a wide selection of vehicles, it was almost hard to decide. But the staff were super helpful and helped me pick the car of my dreams. I will never go to another dealership again, this place is just amazing.
One thing I want to say about Sterling BMW. Their staff is great! I've bought 2 BMWs from them already in the past 5 years and have never been let down. I drive an X6 for the fam, while the Mrs has a 6 series. We both take our cars in for service and always have a very pleasant experience. Never been let down! I think eventually, I'll get a 3 series for the Junior, and you can be damn well sure I'm gonna buy it from good ol' Sterling.
Had a great experience at Sterling when I got my car serviced there. Alex Yorba is extremely professional and accurate in his work, and also very fast and responsive.
Great service from employees who take the time to address your needs and get you the payment you are looking for. No pressure environment.
