I'm giving this place a 1 star review because of Jessica (Bosse) Kohl. I'm disappointed in her behavior, her passive aggressiveness, and her treatment towards certain people. Please work on yourself. Treat ALL people with respect and kindness despite their religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. I am very disgusted with her lack of professional and it's a shame that Sterling Bay has someone like this working here.
May 2025 Update: complete loss of my investment in the 300 N Michigan property. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. As an investor in one of their partnerships in a building, I can honestly say I’m disappointed in the overall experience with this firm. I will not invest with them again. When questioned, the staff and principals become combative and defensive. terrible management and shoddy buildings. the entire building and floors have very loud popping and whistling noises. entire apartment and floor 'adjusts' from outside environments such as change in temperature or winds. never experienced that with any tall buildings in chicago.
