Louis was very disrespectful and beittling. I bought what was suposed to be a new battery and installed in my car. The battery would not even unlock the doors or turn on the dash. Louis surface tested the battery and said it has 13 volts and the battery was fine. He did not load test the battery or any other test. Ive been a mechanic for over 22 years. He talked to me like i was 5 years old and i didnt know anything. I suspect they are selling remanufactured batterys and telling customers they are new. Buy from them at your ... read more
