My experience at Sterling's in Warsaw, MO was not good. The owner is dishonest. He will give you a quote, then when it comes time to pay the bill he always made an extra $100 on me and my friends' who I referred to him. I was told by my mechanic (Who didn't have time for me at the time) that I needed a spindle put on my car. Mine was bad. Sterlings owner stated he didn't know why I needed a spindle , that all I needed was my bearings' replaced. Sterling Auto Body is THE place to go for any body work you need done. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work done on my car. I want to thank Paul Kelley. He explained everything to me and kept me posted on my car's progress. He was always courteous and patient with me when I asked all my questions and gave me thorough answers. Sterling Autobody is best in customer care and quality of work. I've worked with them and had a chance to see how important the customer is to their business. It is rare to see a company take so much pride in keeping their customer's satisfied with all the work they do. I highly recommend them for any collision repair if you want professional work with great warranties
