Already very impressed with their service. Spoke to Ian on Sat morn, I had an accident yesterday and information provided to Tow Service was out of date. Ian was able to reach Enterprise Rental for me (hard to do on a Sat morning) and then he followed up with the tow service - they were calling an old work number! Ian was extremely polite & personable. Very pleased with their Customer Service. :)

From the start to finish everybody was very polite & professional. They made sure the rental car was set up before the drop off date. Kept me informed of the progress and even drove me to return the rental. The area with the dent looks great and the paint work blends right in. You would never know the panel was hit. Also all their work comes with a lifetime warranty.
