Do not waste your time & MONEY here. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on June 3, 2025, and had the oil changed the same day. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, my check engine light came on. I had it diagnosed and was told the thermostat needed to be replaced. After that repair, I drove it for only a few days before the check engine light returned. Wanted a chrysler 200, had a problem with the engine mark fixed it but it ended up messing up something with either or the transmission or engine, making it not go over 30MPH, no longer wanted the car and told the owner, this was After we paid all in cash. But mark did give us a FULL refund same 24hrs including the fees we paid ect.
The people here are really nice and they work with you on things but the facts are the facts. Im stuck in a really bad position with 2 car loan payments because the check they sent for the rollover payoff didn't clear for insufficient funds. Now I had to pay 2 auto loan payments both including interest and payments for my old car they claim ownership to. That and my new car had a coolant leak right off rip. They did fix immediately the next day at no cost to me which was great. However that was concerning they sold it to me ... read more
Do NOT come to this place at all if you’re planning on buying a reliable vehicle. This place is a SCAM. My dad was about go alone to this place and wasn’t aware what he was getting himself into. Luckily I went with him to check the place out. I investigated the vehicle this establishment was going to sell him only to find out it’s all basically a pimple covered in blemish. I was skeptical and checked the reviews and was relieved to know I wasn’t alone on this. Do. Your. Research. Stay AWAY from this place.
