I had a great experience at Sterling Auto Repair on Metro Pkwy. I called at 9 a.m. to get an estimate for my brakes and was told to come in right away, which was very convenient. After a thorough brake inspection, they honestly let me know I only needed front brakes and that the rear brakes were still fine. I was given a fair quote and was back on the road shortly after. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and quick service. Highly recommend.
Super honest people and took me in last minute on a Saturday!
They got the job done but I feel like I was overcharged to put in a fuel pump my mechanic said he would do it for me for $250 if my mechanic wasn't fully booked I wouldn't have came here they charged me $350 to put in the fuel pump not to mention I had about $30 worth of gas in my tank when I came to pick up my car my gas gauge was on E I believe they stole the gas that was in the car. nice people but I don't think they are very informative about what they are doing. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Quoted me at $580 to change 8 spark plugs on a 2013 f150 5.0 confusing it with the 5.4 over and over again. Also we’re going to give like ngk spark plugs or something. Goodyear quoted me at $300 with motor craft plugs so I went there.
Nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.
