My very first time ever charging my vehicle the day after I bought it. I had five salesman/people tell me that I’m not allowed to charge here and made it extremely awkward. Sterling is GREAT. Jacob Ollinger is amazing. We will continue purchasing our cars from here for the foreseeable future! Easy, accommodating, trustworthy, transparent, all the things. Service advisor was great-Olivia mainly. The parts guys actually doing the work...incompetent. I had my car taken in to have my sunroof cover replaced. It takes 4 weeks to get the part in. The 1st time they ordered a part meant for a different brand of car, and alerted me of this after having my car for HOURS. They confirmed they would only call me to reschedule once they confirmed they had the right parts and were ready to install them.
