We have taken our kids here for a year, the first visit was great!! Now it just seems like we are a burden when we take them in. They do not listen to us as parents either on whats actually going on. Will be looking into different doctors for the kids safety and health!
Not happy with this office. Staff was preoccupied at front desk and waited over an hour because front desk "assumed" I no longer wanted the appointment . There was no one in the lobby the entire time but myself, then lied about it. Appointments are made but the front desk continues to put in book incorrect because on follow up the date and time is totally different. I go to Sterling Health in West Branch. It seems like there is a constant miscommunication if I call and ask a question the doctor never answers my question on the phone the people call me back her staff and they tell me things and then in my records they write I refuse to take the medicine that is so not true and then they don't call in the script because the worker told her the doctor that I don't want the medicine so here I am sitting and waiting for my prescriptions to get filled and they're not filling them. don’t recommend. the people are super nice but i have a baby girl and they have repetitively not sent medications for her. they dont handle children well either
