Great group of people at this location. Jess is amazing and goes above and beyond. 🥰Yes they are slow at responding sometimes but it's a busy office.
They have missed so many things in labs and blood work for my parents. The doctor treats them like criminals and as if they had no education. My mother was a nurse for 30 years. I’m so disheartened by their neglect. My parents had the same doctor in tawas for 34 years and was always treated respectfully. Now when they need a doctor the most he criticizes and doesn’t read into the charts. 34 years of records and they never as for them or read them. Follow up on heart issues were neglected. My DR D. Dewitt was amazing, was so caring.
good luck getting a hold of anyone at this location at any time of day, even weeks after leaving voicemails no response. the only redeeming factor of this facility is Jessica Wilson because she’s a nice woman but the employees are rude and clearly don’t care.
