Do not use Sterling Appraisal Group! We bought this home less than a year ago. From the start I questioned them on the wall that had obviously been repaired quickly. Was told it was fine. We were replacing the flooring and guess what we found. Damp wet walls. We repaired it. I questioned the shower where it had shown previously water damage. Was told it was fine that it had been repaid and had ALL passed their inspection. Well look at the pics and you tell me if they knew what they were doing? So Thomas G. Weaver, did the appraisal of our house for an HELOC loan for a bank, stay away from appraisers that do work for banks. Obviously the bank doesn’t pay well for the appraisal and Thomas’s work shows that. We have a difficult house to appraise due to the amount of land we have and it’s 4 yrs old built by a custom home builder in Maple Valley.
