I want to preface this review by stating Dr. Cochran has always been kind and very good with all my animals throughout the years I have been to this clinic. My issue stands with the staff member I spoke with. One of the women who takes calls was intensely rude, condescending, and cold to me. I have international travel planned for myself and my cats. Oh i love this vet they where on it i was terrified and they jumped to help made sure i felt welcomed thanks to jazmine for showing love patients and understanding. The prices where unbelievable and i would 100% recommend. Thank you jazmine for being ontop of it.
Several years ago i called him about feral baby cats I found in my shed in a pile of mouse decon. I called him to ask what he would charge me to see them...he laughed and said " well it won't be cheap" But about a month and 1/2 ago we took a little dog to him that had been bites by a bigger dog in his eye. I was impressed about him. He wasn't anything like I'd heard! He's a very nice vet!
A wonderful man assisted me in putting my dog to rest. Very kind, understanding and patient. Highly reccomend him, I just wish I got his name.
Honestly I think it’s best to go somewhere else, I went in to have a growth removed from my dogs foot, once they saw my dog wasn’t fixed they called me and I felt they harassed me because of it and mid conversation they hung up on me “protesting” that I hadn’t got him fixed, I didn’t feel welcome there and they don’t seem to care much it seemed to me.
