I lived here my sophomore year, it was a horrible experience. They didn't let me see the place in person and showed me a "model" of the aparmtent in their office, the model looked nothing like the actual apartment when i moved in. Horrible experience. Ruined my sophomore year experience.

If you have a better choice for rent apt with others. Better not choose here unless u are really need a housing with low price though it not low. Housing is fine but there would be so many issue pop out every month!! It won’t stop (like fire alarm, elevator broken, car garage door broken, your package get stole, some homeless get into the building and knocking your door at midnight)

Please stop giving money to this unfaithful, lying corporation. They are the biggest scammers around in Berkeley. Their rents are roughly 50% above market average, which is not worth it at all as there are no amenities to justify the price. They entice you by showing you the patio and roof, but don't get enticed by it, it is all just a show. An awful apartment complex. I'm putting this here so you fellow bears don't have to go through what I did. If there's a way to squeeze money out of you, they'll do it. They say they provide water and garbage on our lease - they don't, as they'll attach an addendum making the responsibility of the total building's cost of water and garbage divided by the number of tenants as your responsibility ~$150 a mo, in addition to the utilities you already pay.
