The worst!
Upon entering the store, the inspector not were neither cleaning nor wearing gloves while handling food.
I own a franchise that, unfortunately, has no choice but to allow Seritech to inspect whenever they choose. In the 2 years in doing so the wild inconsistencies in scores is alarming and very frustrating for store owners like me that only do things THE RIGHT WAY. It would be very appropriate and understandable to conclude that any score given out has everything to do with the individual inspector and very little to do with a company established set of guidelines.
