I gave them a 1star just for being polite at the shipping/receiving office. Rest is garbage. Showed up at 9:45 am for 11 am appt. There were 2 trucks on dock 38-39 getting unloaded. Was told to pull into one of those two once empty. 39 got empty but apparently there was another truck around the corner waiting for dock as well. Fine. He pulled in. Than 38 got empty and i pulled in at 12:30 ish. Its 14:45 right now and still being unloaded. Feels like they are taking a pallet off and driving the forklift to another city and co... read more
In my almost two years of trucking this is by far the best reciever I have ever been to
Get as close to the building ( red line ) so you can turn around and dack up on driver side it is not difficult take your time . People are nice they will help you.
Had a good experience. Unloading took just over an hour.
