This place lives up to all the good hype on here. They are fast with the loading, even though I told them to take their time. the office staff and the daytime manager are very friendly. Also, this place, hands-down has the nicest bathroom that lets any of us truckers use. 5 stars all day
Inexperienced loading crew,they couldn't figure out how to load me up due to shapes and sizes of the shipment,got me loaded at first,then they got me unloaded and loaded back again.Took forever. Very unprofessional .
Strict on appointments… if you get here early you will have to wait and find parking. Unload less than 2hrs
Got in at 7am Givin door 7 they started unloading right off allowing me to pick up the next load and get back through Chicago before rush hour and out to Ohio for max use of government hours outstanding!
Only appointments,if u are early for your appointment you have to come back and if ur broker/dispatchers says that unloading time is between 7am-4:30pm it's whole lie,you need exact time for ur appointment,no parking at all,no restroom,rude people 2 stars for their unloading time.
