I called for a pick up at my office. I was emailed a contract to sign. I signed it. Then 2 days later I was sent another one. I signed again. I called for 2 weeks to schedule a pick up. Left multiple messages. I have never heard back from anyone. That was a month ago. We are still sitting on boxes to shred. Currently looking for another company.

Warning: they keep billing even after cancellation. We officially ended our contract with Stericycle and even paid the outrageous penalty fee they demanded. Yet, they never closed our account. They continue to send monthly invoices as if we still had active service. This is dishonest and abusive. Instead of honoring the termination, they trap you into paying endless bills on top of the penalty. If you value transparency and fairness, stay away from Stericycle. This company is a complete nightmare. Their contract is nothing but traps and hidden fees designed to squeeze every last dollar out of you. After years of being a loyal customer and always paying on time, they slammed me with a ridiculous, predatory penalty just for trying to cancel. Zero transparency, zero integrity, and customer service that couldn’t care less about you or your business. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from this company as possible

They called my office and tricked someone into a long term contract by threatening to withhold service unless they tripled their price and decrease their service. When I found out about it (the next day), I called to try and cancel. We are going on 3 months now, and hundreds and hundreds of dollars charged fraudulently on my credit card. Stericycle is TERRIBLE in Florida ‼️ I have 2 business locations, one in Connecticut and one in Florida. When ever I call Stericycle they DONT know ANYTHING ‼️ They DONT HELP YOU and they keep outsourcing their calls to other countries where people NEVER KNOW ANYTHING or HELP ‼️ Also working with the Punta Gorda Stericycle Location is BAD‼️ The supervisors at their location are so unprofessional.
