Great service that offers piece of mind for protected information destruction. Very professional, informative and prompt.
They will NOT pick up your medical waste. I haven’t been able to get service for 7 months. They send me a bill every month and they won’t cancel. This is by far, the worst company we have dealt with in 25 years.
It takes multiple attempts and multiple phone calls to get this company to pick up our sharps containers every 6 months. We are now trying to cancel with them and I am now on the phone for a third time trying to speak with someone to cancel the account. Don't expect any help from this company. We pay them every month and when it comes time to do their end of the work they ghost us multiple times until we call and threaten to cancel.
Stericycle is a great company. The drivers that we have had assigned to our account are super professional. My staff has had zero complaints with our service.
