Would also give a zero rating to this company if possible. We were notified of an increased price of over $100 per month and called to cancel when we were told we could cancel service if we disagreed with the rate increase. The overseas call center (Alli) said it was canceled on 4/8, on 4/23 we were called by Kyle Bennetts from the customer service center in Illinois to say we needed to pay 5,448 or the increased rate and would beet out of the contract. This is not a legitimate company and do not sign any contracts.
I've been a loyal customer for years, and they always exceed my expectations.
we have been using this company for many years and have never had any issues with the service; they come and pick up our medical waste. Fast, easy and the drivers are always kind.
It's one star only because Google will not allow zero stars. Do not deal with this people. We contracted for onsite shredding but instead they took the materials offsite (which we hope they shred) but they charged us for onsite shredding. We have called multiple times, each time getting a new reference number and a promise of a call back. But no one ever calls back and each person we do talk to claims ignorance. I am seriously contemplating a lawsuit as I have no proof they shred the materials they picked up.
This is the absolute worst company ever. Canceled back 3//1/24 or at least that was our first attempt to cancel. These guys just dont care. They keep calling trying to collect money and today they showed up for service yet we made at least 6 attempts to cancel. Some were even confirmed via an email just it just says your request was successfully processed and we have no idea what was processed. Obviously not a cancelation. RUN far from this company.
