Idk never did business with this place
Drivers are great. Billed my company for 2 months of service in a building we were not even moved into yet and it took until December to resolve. +1 star for fixing it
They have the WORST customer service ever.
Do not do business with stericycle. You cannot get ahold of a customer service representative that can help you.
Drivers are very polite and professional. Customer service is terrible. Stericycle did away with monthly calendar, now I never know when they are coming until they show up. Drivers get re-routed and no one calls so medical waste is sitting in pick up area sometimes for days without communication! Would not recommend their services which is sad cause up to one year ago I would of recommend to anyone.
