Nothing but issues. The biggest mistake was switching to Stericycle from another company. There is a reason Stericycle has contracts and others do not. They have to try and trap people from leaving with their unenforceable contracts because they breech the contract daily. Do yourself and business a favor, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Driver is great but I’m never quite sure when the scheduled pick ups are. I’m new to this position and they used to provide a calendar but I have never received one.
